Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Tai Chi Chuan, Yang Style, Long Form 108 Moves

This class is ideal for students of all ages with an emphasis for aging

adults who wish to improve and maintain body mobility, comfort, balance,

and coordination. Tai Chi is a great way to move your body, relax, and release stress. Benefits include pain management, posture strength and alignment, and joint health. Tai Chi is frequently recommended to enhance health and healing.

All exercise may be modified to suit individual needs, as well as,

participation from a seated position. This program uses innovative techniques

for health and stress management. Tai Chi movements combined with music

and breathing bring about a state of relaxation, and also strengthen muscles,

reduce weight, increase flexibility, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and

promote total well-being. Tai Chi is fun!
